How to Use Your Bombastique Masala Pack:

One 250g pack goes a long way! Just use around 100–150g of masala per 1 kg of meat, seafood, or veggies. That means you’ll get 2–3 flavour-packed meals from a single pack — enough to serve 6–7 happy eaters.

Our Ambot Tik Masala is crafted using the finest chilies, tamarind, and spices to create an irresistible depth of flavor. Traditionally used for fish and prawn curries, it is also a fantastic option for vegetarian curries with lentils, pumpkin, or even chickpeas.

This masala is ready to cook. Just adjust salt or a splash of vinegar to your taste.

Non-Veg Recipe
1. Sauté onions in oil.
2. Add fish or prawns and sear.
3. Add 1–2 tbsp Bombastique Ambot Tik Masala + ½ cup water.
4. Simmer until cooked (8–10 mins).
5. Garnish with coriander and a squeeze of lime.

Veg Twist
-Use with raw jackfruit, tofu, or mushrooms for a tangy veg curry that hits the same notes. Add a spoon of tamarind pulp if you love it extra sour.
