At Bombastique, we strive to provide high-quality products, including spices, sauces, pickles, and merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. No Returns on Food, but Offer Issue Resolution
For hygiene and safety reasons, food products are non-returnable.
If a customer receives a damaged product, we offer one of the following:
- Replacement (if reasonable)
- Store Credit
- Refund only if unopened & completely unusable (case-by-case basis)
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 30 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
