How to Use Your Bombastique Masala Pack:

One 250g pack goes a long way! Just use around 100–150g of masala per 1 kg of meat, seafood, or veggies. That means you’ll get 2–3 flavour-packed meals from a single pack — enough to serve 6–7 happy eaters.

Cafreal Masala is a vibrant and herbaceous spice blend that brings the lush flavors of Goa to your plate. Made with fresh coriander, green chilies, and aromatic spices, this masala is traditionally used to prepare Chicken Cafreal—a Goan-Portuguese dish. It can also be used to flavor paneer, mushrooms, and grilled vegetables, making it a fantastic addition to vegetarian and non-vegetarian
dishes alike.

This is a ready-to-use green masala. Add salt or vinegar only if needed.

Non-Veg Recipe (with optional gravy)
1. Marinate chicken in Cafreal Masala for 45+ mins.
2. Cook in oil until chicken is halfway done.
3. Add more Cafreal Masala + ¼ cup water for a luscious green gravy.
4. Cover and simmer till fully cooked.

Veg Twist
-Use with baby potatoes, paneer, or soy chunks. Cook just like above. Add coconut milk at the end for a creamy Cafreal-style veg curry.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
