How to Use Your Bombastique Masala Pack:

One 250g pack goes a long way! Just use around 100–150g of masala per 1 kg of meat, seafood, or veggies. That means you’ll get 2–3 flavour-packed meals from a single pack — enough to serve 6–7 happy eaters.

Sorpotel Masala is a blend of aromatic spices that gives Goan Sorpotel its signature depth of flavor. This masala is slow-cooked with meat and vinegar to develop a robust, tangy, and slightly spicy curry. However, it is just as delicious when used with vegetarian alternatives like rajma, soy chunks, or eggplant.

Masala is fully prepped. Just tweak salt or vinegar if you prefer.

Non-Veg Recipe
1. Boil pork and liver, dice finely.
2. Sauté onions, add Sorpotel Masala.
3. Mix in meat and simmer 30–40 mins.
4. Rest overnight, reheat, and serve.

Veg Twist
-Use with soya chunks and finely diced beetroot for the richness and color. Simmer slowly and let it sit overnight to absorb full flavor — just like traditional sorpotel.
